Pet care experience
Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I work as a Vet Tech, have a master's degree in animal care, and am going to vet school next year so I have a great deal of experience with animal health care as well. You can be assured your four-legged family member is getting the best care possible in your absence! I am reliable, friendly, and trustworthy. I will do my best to make your animal feel as comfortable as possible with its parents being gone. I also have a lot of experience caring for cats and am comfortable with their care as well. In addition to cats, I do care for other pets such as exotics (hedgehogs, ferrets, etc.). I have a strong background with aquatic animals and am very comfortable caring for aquariums (feeding, water changes and water quality sampling, etc.)

Do not trust Jaclyn with your pet. She was supposed to do overnight stays and 30 minutes with my dog, and after reviewing my security system, I found out she never did any overnight stays and the longest she stayed was 24 minutes. Her average stay was around 6 minutes and one visit she only stayed 3 minutes. So my dog was basically neglected the entire time we were gone. To make things worse, she sent updates checking and letting me know everything was ok. Unbelievable.

I have worked with everything from Chihuahua to Great Danes so I have no breed preference! I would like to know the dog's health status (any allergies, health conditions, medications, etc.), temperament (scared of thunderstorms? not good with other dogs?, etc.), energy level (needs to play or run to burn out energy?), and training level (knows basic obedience, needs work with obedience, good walker, etc.).
A typical day
I am an avid runner and athlete. I enjoy taking dogs on runs and walks. With my background in animal health, you dog will receive the best care possible. I also enjoy training sessions. If there is anything you want me to work on with your dog, I am more than happy to try and give it a shot! I also enjoy playing whether it be tug-o-war or fetch. If your dog loves being loved on, he or she will also enjoy brushes and petting.
