Jaclyn has been wonderful! I get pictures often of how much Ricky is being spoiled. I was nervous about leaving him for so long because I had to drive my daughter across country due to the coronavirus. But Jaclyn was able to put my mind at ease and continued to send sweet pictures. She is so thoughtful and attentive. If I leave for anything else, hopefully a nice vacation, I would definitely have Jacyln watch Ricky again.

We booked Jaclyn to provide daycare for our 15 year old spaniel. The first day was ok, except she sent a text towards the end of the stay to say she had to go out for a bit but her mom and aunt would be with Sophie. She was back home by the time we arrived. Normally we would be ok with this if we are aware at the beginning of the visit. The second booking was not good. We booked on Thursday for a Friday visit, paid for the visit and Jaclyn confirmed. The next morning we saw a text that said I’m sorry, no other explanation. Jaclyn did not respond to a text or voicemail asking if she was cancelling. When we arrived at the confirmed time she was not home. We had no emails from Rover regarding this. This is the first bad experience we have had in the three years we have been using Rover.com/ca.
