I have never not had a dog in my life so I understand the love, care, and attention your furry friends need and deserve. I am a student and dog mom myself (8 month old golden retriever- Delilah) so my schedule is not always open but when it is I would love to spend my days playing with dogs of all shapes and sizes. It's not just helpful for you as the owner but it also provides a degree of doggie therapy for me and who doesn't love that!
