I am very compassionate and caring, especially when it comes to pets. I've been a dog owner and lover my whole life (and cat owner and lover too, though no cats or dogs live with me currently!), and look forward to the chance to meet and care for yours. I'm 41 and back in the office in midtown during the weekdays, I can generally cap my time away from the apartment to 8-9 hours but totally understand if that doesn't work for your pupper during the week. Weekends are golden. I will do everything that's needed to ensure that your furry family friend(s) stay(s) healthy and happy while you are away, whether for an afternoon or for a week. My day job is in the real estate / finance industry and I am responsible, reasonably intelligent, and above all trustworthy and honorable. If you let me know your requirements - kept off the furniture? special feeding schedule? favorite games to play? - I will follow them all to the letter. I want to help keep all of the good habits alive while the normal leader of the pack is out of town! My building is adjacent to a large park, and walks and playtime will abound! To explain the rebooking score, I set my Rover account to away for two years, which of course didn't allow me to take any rebookings, and also frankly I think I missed some requests that I thought would have been auto-excluded when I set status to "away" but which nonetheless came to me and unfortunately likely didn't receive responses. It was due to ignorance about the details of the app function and not an indication of unresponsiveness.
