Throughout my childhood I fostered upwards of 50 dogs of all different breeds and assumed the daily responsibilities since i was old enough to do so. Walking, feeding, training, brushing, bathing, and all other responsibilities were mine to share along with my sister. I am also now the proud co-parent of two English-Bulldogs with spina bifida, which seriously affects their spinal cord function. They have zero control over their bladder/ bowel and are in diapers when not outside in order to best equip them for indoor living. I mention this to give a better understanding of the familiarity I have with dogs that have special needs or require a little more tender love and care. I have also recently rescued a 1 year old german shepherd mix who is basically my child! His name is Draco and he does have a little separation anxiety so he comes with me on most services when he’s allowed but is always with me for walks. He is a very sweet, energetic dog that absolutely just loves to play!
