Jackson was great about booking last minute when we had to take an unexpected trip out of state, and very accommodating in the sense that he was willing to drive out of the way to pick up my dog (Theo) so that I didn't risk missing my flight. However it typically took him a full day to get back to me about how Theo was doing, and that made me a little nervous considering I had never left him with a sitter before. I also noticed that when Theo was returned to me a week later, he had lost a significant amount of weight (Could've possibly been due to the stress). That being said it seemed like Theo had a good time with Jackson and his family based on the picture updates I received. I would not be opposed to booking Jackson as a sitter again, as long as there was improvement in communication and response time.

My babies loved Jackson! He sent updates that I truly enjoyed receiving. The dogs were well cared for and happy. I will definitely use Jackson anytime that we travel without our dogs. I highly recommend him to care for your fur babies!
