Unfortunately, I'm not super happy with my booking. I received very few updates on my cat the week I was away, and came home to find him very sick ?. When texting a follow up after, she revealed to me that he wasn't feeling well for a couple of days, really wish I would've gotten that update so we could've addressed it together. My recommendation to Jackie is that pet owners really want to know what's happening, there's no such thing as too much info, especially when their animal's health is involved.

Jackie took SUCH great care of my Llama! I was so nervous leaving my dog with someone new, and especially while I was out of the country and several time zones away, but Jackie set my mind at ease. She sent frequent texts and photos, and was always responsive when I checked in. Llama was happy and relaxed when I came home, and the house was spotless. The next time Llama needs a sitter, I will absolutely reach out to Jackie first. She is trustworthy, responsible, and she really cares for animals.
