Jackie has been taking care of my animals now almost every weekend for several months. When I say animals I mean from button quail eggs hatching chicks, about 100 finches and doves outside in their flights, my hens, ducks, 3 horses, a pony and a precocious mini horse. Let's mention my indoor canaries, needy cat and of course my 3 dogs! I can go to our cabin or our favorite Mexican beach town and actually relax and not worry about my "zoo"! Not only does Jackie do a fantastic job of regular feeding, watering, etc. she goes the extra mile and gives medication to my 31 yr old horse and anyone else who may need extra care. Jackie also always contacts me the day I am to arrive back in case of delay she is prepared to take care of all. The best part is that she truly enjoys taking care of them, she plays and gives treats. I highly recommend Jackie as a trustworthy, reliable caretaker.

Jackie is extremely charismatic and her customer service skills are impeccable. She goes above and beyond in trying to meet every customers specific needs. Her skills with animals surpasses her substantial skills with people. She trained two of her own dogs as Canine Good Citizens and knows a lot about pet psychology. Due to her intimate understanding of dog behavior she can befriend even the most anti-social dog. Many times dogs that, according to their owners, "don't like anyone", love her. I have trusted her to take care of many of my animals before (2 dogs and kitten) and I trust her with their lives. Honestly, in the weeks they were with her, they probably were pampered even more than when they're with me!
