I have been an avid pet lover since I was a child and still am always the go-to person for my friends and family to dog or cat-sit. They appreciate how attentive I am to the animal's needs and how quickly animals trust me. I always make sure each pet I care for has more than enough bathroom breaks, walks, and cuddles. I had many animals with special needs growing up, such as a diabetic cat, so I am used to administering medication. I have pet-sit all breeds from big to small and worked with each animal and owner to make sure the pet has a comfortable, loving experience. I am very active and love tackling big hikes and long walks. Many dogs who are capable love coming with me on my outdoor adventures! I am also just as happy to provide a quick walk for older pups and lots of loving pets. I also am happy to come feed and play with your cat if you are away for a long period of time! I am currently teaching at a .8, so I have most mornings free and get out most days around 3:30. I am always able to pop home during my lunch break as well. My boyfriend lives with me and also works from home, so if I am boarding your pet during the week, he would be able to take the dog on walks and let him or her out multiple times a day! I am also able to board most weekends. My boyfriend and I live in a two bedroom apartment in South Boulder. We are steps away from the South Boulder Creek trail, so we take many dogs on long walks down the trail. We have yard space for dogs right outside our apartment as well. Our apartment is always clean and safe, so your pup will never get into anything left out. We do have a cat named Mishu who LOVES dogs. He grew up with a husky and loves playing with dogs (or just ignoring them). If your dog has never met a cat, we might schedule a test-run before boarding and most of the time they will ignore each other. If you have cats, I am sure our cat would love to be your dog's new best friend!
