As a Marriage and Family Therapist trainee, I know the importance of self care and part of my self care is running and spending time with animals. I've been dog sitting, dog walking/running, and caring for my own dog for 12+ years. 2 years ago I worked as a dog walker/runner in college and loved every minute of it. I will walk/run your dog and used to take the dogs I ran to the beach as well. I ensured my client's dogs were in good hands and I'm flexible with hours!
