By way of disclaimer, Iwana is my mom. There is absolutely no one better to look after and care for your pets. My mom is a true dog lover - through the years, my parents have had (by my best count) 16 dogs, many of them strays. My parents live on four city lots, over two of which have been largely reserved for our four-legged friends. As our pets grew old, I watched my mom provide care for elderly. It was not uncommon to see her giving daily baths or ear cleanings, or creating a special space for those dogs to be comfortable. She has a tender heart, and it's most apparent when she's interacting with animals. When work has taken me away from home, I have trusted my mom to look after my dogs - and I know every time I leave them there that they are in the absolute best hands they could be in.

Iwana is a trustworthy and caring individual whom I would trust with any of my animals. She has also opened her home to be a foster home to a needy dog. As a volunteer with my local humane society and a fosterer I understand the compassion she has. She has always been very attentive to the physical and emotional needs of her animals and taken the extra steps to ensure their health.
