I've lived with dogs and cats for nearly my entire life, raised and trained 4 dogs through basic house training. Extensive experience house sitting, cleaning and caring for other people's pets from dogs to cats to reptiles. I have worked with a mix of dogs from small to large, from well behaved to anxious ones with problematic snapping and biting issues. I'm often the person who dogs like even if the dog usually "doesn't like strangers".

Iwan lived with my 2 Maine Coons in my home for 4 1/2 days. My boy panics when I’m not there, and he spent the greatest portion of time under my bed. Iwan fed and watered him there, and tried to ease him out. It isn’t easy. Princess, hung out and even slept on the bed with him. I would gladly use his services again, and am appreciative of his efforts.
So great! Not only did he watch the pets, he also house sat! He was reliable, professional, and easy to reach! He also went above and beyond by diffusing a bit of a situation with our dogs… highly recommended, and we will be using him in the future if he will have us! Thanks Iwan!!

I very much enjoy a good cuddle and giving lots of scritches, though only if the animal is in to it. I have experience doing basic training and conditioning for pets though I don't consider myself a professional trainer. For training and conditioning activities I generally follow a positive reinforcement methodology, only doing corrections to the degree of making the dog understand that this is an undesired behavior (usually this means saying "no" and pulling their leash to get them to pay attention to me). I never endorse violence against pets and strongly believe if you're hurting your pet you're teaching your pet to hurt you.
