Ivy was amazing! Very communicative and made me feel fully comfortable leaving my big girl in SLC while I was on vacation. Highly recommend!!

As a Rover sitter myself, I have extraordinarily high expectations for pet-sitters. Ivy completely blew us away from the minute we booked with her - she has the most complete questionnaire I've seen a sitter (other than myself lol) use to screen and keep track of her charges. When she came over to meet our fur babies, she was incredibly kind and professional - we have a house full of former strays, and they're often incredibly anxious when meeting new people. All four of them were immediately big fans of Ivy, which put our minds at ease. During her stay, she was excellent with communication and took some truly fantastic pictures of our babies. She was sincerely thoughtful as well, leaving the sweetest handmade card giving us a final summary of how they were for her, and even adding a super thoughtful note at the end offering her friendship and support related to our recent loss of a loved one. You would be hard-pressed to find a more considerate and responsive sitter; we wholeheartedly give Ivy 5 stars!
