Pet care experience
I have always been an animal lover, and grown up caring for and living with them all of my life. At home I have cared for dogs and cats of all ages, ranging from schnauzers, American bull dogs, pugs, etc. In high school I even founded a dog club that served faculty with dog-sitting, walking and organized volunteer trips to local shelters on the weekends! I am now local to Brooklyn & work a fully remote job with a schedule flexible enough to stay with your pet all day! I am very active so your pet can expect frequent walks and dog park visits. Ivy is amazing with our senior dog! They have a real connection. Ivy has cared for her on and off for many years and is always kind, gentle and reliable. She is capable when it comes to medications and other special needs of an older pet. She is our go to sitter. Our first choice anytime we need to leave town.
Ivy was a wonderful and reliable dog walker. I used her on the long days I worked to give my dogs some outside time. She always messaged me with updates after their walks. I felt very confident with them in her care. I will 100% use her again if needed!

I have no breed preferences! I'd simply like to know a dogs activity preferences and favorite treats so that I can ensure the best time. I do live on the 3rd floor so if your pet is not comfortable with stairs I may not be a great fit.
A typical day
Currently I live in an apartment. I live near many dog parks and outdoors places. On the average day, I am very active. Going on several walks and making time to hit the parks if possible.

Availability
I work a fully remote job so I can plan around your pets needs! I like to fully cater to each animals schedule and preferences depending on what they are used to. With notice, I am free to travel for overnight stays or visits as well. I do live on the 3rd floor so if your pet is not comfortable with stairs I may not be a great fit.
