I'm Ivette and I love dogs! I recently read the book Inside of a Dog: What Dogs See, Smell, and Know and it was so interesting and informative that it made me fall even more in love with my Husky. After reading the book, I now feel more than ever that I understand dogs and what gives them their happy and loving nature. I love playing and running with pups and consider myself and dogs to have a common bond in that we’re both free spirits. I’ve owned dogs since I was seven years old that ranged from a German Shepherd, Doberman and Labrador to a Yorkie, Pug, and my current Siberian Husky. Having been around so many different types of dogs over the years, I know what kind of foods can pose a problem for dogs, I know how to alleviate stressors between two different dogs and after reading Inside of a Dog, I believe I have a unique understanding of their needs and what drives certain types of behavior. I am energetic, happy and caring and I love silly jokes. I’m a runner and hiker and I love having a canine companion with my on my runs and hikes. I'm also home full time so in addition to getting lots of love and attention, your pup will also have plenty of playtime with my energetic pup as well as our three daily walks morning, noon and night. I also understand how hard it can be to be away from your pup so I'll provide frequent text and photo updates so you know your pup is safe and happy in my care. I live in a town home with an unfenced backyard and lake view. I have a tree in my backyard where I strung up a 50-foot cable so that my Husky can hang outside and stretch his legs without getting out of the yard. (He loves to hang out under the tree or sunbathe in the yard!) I live in the wonderful Murano neighborhood, which is perfect for furry friends. Most of my neighbors own pups, making the community a very dog-friendly enclave.
