Poor communicator and unprofessional. I think there was too much on her plate and she was not prepared to look after another dog.
This was my first time using Rover and after being skeptical at first, I would use again. More importantly, I would use Itzia's services again. She was the best for our dog. She texted right away after initial booking and set up meet and greet. I instantly knew she was the right person to take care of my dog. Itzia sent pictures and video updates the whole week which made us feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Itzia to watch your pet.
Iritzia is great with dogs. She watched my dog for 5 days kept in contact with me letting me know how my dog was doing. We enjoyed our vacation knowing our pup was very well taken care of. Iritzia walked our dog, played with her and gave her a bath. Highly recommend her. Will be taking my dog to her from now on.
