I hired Isabella to house/pet sit for me for 10 days in Feb. I am so happy with her service! Since this was the first time, Isabella came to my house for a meet and greet and then the day before to go over the information required to take charge. Sam, my silly black lab, loved her from the get go. She knows how to win a dog over with lots of hugs and positive reinforcement for good behavior. While I was away, she sent reassuring emails with pictures updating how things were going and giving me the peace of mind to truly enjoy my vacation. I found her to be responsible, reliable and respectful of my property. I returned home to a happy dog and a clean house which resulted in a very satisfied pet parent! Isabella was incredible, helping us with our dog and cat while we were in the hospital for our newborn. She was very communicative, and just the most thoughtful pet sitter, anticipating all of our concerns and providing excellent care. She was very diligent about following our preferences for caring for our pets. I think our dog is obsessed with her now because he had such a good time. I know he’d be thrilled to see her again.
