Bella was a fabulous caretaker for my two girls. She was communicative and kind, and her professionalism and skill was noted by multiple people in my apartment complex. Would highly recommend! :)

Unfortunately giving zero stars is not an option, so I have to give one star. I am so disappointed in Isabella - I would not recommend her to anyone. I have had many sitters in the past for my dogs - my dogs are both rescues, are shy and need some time to warm up to strangers, but we went over this in detail at the meet and greet. She met the dogs twice and said she was fine with the dogs, claiming she had experience with this type of dog. When she came to the house for the first time after I left for a two week vacation, the dogs barked at her (which is normal dog behavior when a stranger comes into the house); she panicked, left the house and refused to come back in - what a horrible thing to do to dogs and their owners who trust you! I was on an airplane; there was nothing I could do and I had no one to take care of the dogs. Isabella totally over-reacted and Rover support said if I can't figure out what to do quickly, they would have animal control come to take the dogs away. I was in a complete panic and didn't know what to do. A complete stranger who had never seen the dogs before ended up going into the house to take care of the dogs for me while I was gone - she said they were no problem whatsoever. This ended up costing me three times as much money as I would have paid Isabella. The beginning of my vacation was thoroughly ruined by this incompetent sitter, not to mention the financial burden this has put on my family - choose another sitter!
