Pet care experience
I have always loved and cared for dogs. I began dog-sitting in high school, and was raised around lots of animals. I got my own dog when I was 21, and he's now 8 years old! Now he is technically a senior, and I prepare his food myself, with extra vitamins! Happy to bring your pup some of my homemade treats if it fits with their diet. I know the best inner city parks to visit, and am highly experienced navigating the outdoors and trails with a dog and what to look out for to keep everyone safe and happy. I have experience diffusing potentially aggressive situations and am very aware of my surroundings when out and about with dogs. Thank you for considering me to take care of your beloved pet!

Isabella and her dog Tony welcomed our pups very warmly. This was our first time with a sitter and we're a little hesitant at first. Toby and Petey became fast friends and we got photos and texts to put us at ease over the stay. Our "kids" came home so tired from all the playing and walks that they slept the rest of the day & night. Isabella is the definition of an ideal pet sitter. She is extremely knowledgable about dog safety and positive reinforcement training. Additionally, she is extremely responsible and friendly. I would like to know how well they come when called, how they get along with other animals, as well as passing people and dogs when on a walk. I would like to know if you are comfortable or recommend taking them to off leash dog parks. I want to know if they have any past issues with aggression towards people or other animals. Also, I will want to have a clear idea of any medical issues or requirements. Please let me know which words you are using for commands so I can help with your consistent training. I do not have breed preferences; I'm excited to work with all kinds of dog breeds!
A typical day
We will go on walks and hikes. I have a good car for transporting dogs, so we can visit nearby trails and parks. We will also practice basic commands, or any tricks they already know, so they can show me how smart they are!

I'm currently in school M/W/F and am looking to add some dog care into my schedule. I have a cat in my home, and do not have a fenced yard, so I want to focus on drop-in visits and providing walks.
