When I was six years old I had a yellow lab named Leo, short for Leonardo ( the ninja turtle). Growing up my parents made him my responsibility since I was the one nagging in their ears about getting a dog in the first place. Leo and I were like white on rice, even though after a couple months he became a behemoth of a dog. Not only was Leo my first love and best friend, but also my first loss and heartbreak. I put so much love and joy into playing and training with him, that my uncle who raises hunting dogs became very impressed with how obedient Leo was, and offered to buy him from my father. My father gladly excepted his request and put Leo in the back of his truck. At that moment I knew what was going on so I ran after the truck for as long as I could with tears in my eyes... That was the last time I saw Leo. I still love dogs with all my heart and would gladly take care of them for others. I am available on weekends since I am still a student in school If your dog loves children then I would be able to bring my 4 younger siblings along so that he/she could play and have more fun If you need me to house sit I can start at 2 on Fridays and can do all of Saturday and Sunday If need I can stay over on weekdays as well but I wouldn't be at the house from 9-3 depending on the day.
