Pet care experience
I grew up in the country with animals, but enjoyed caring for our dogs and cats the most. We had coon hounds, horses, llamas, and cats! After taking care of energetic coon hounds when I was in grade school, I find that I appreciate the challenge of an energetic dog. My absolute favorites are those who like to cuddle, though! I've always felt a real connection with dogs and feel as though they feel it too. I've also cared for farm cats since I was young and I always enjoyed having them around. My approach with cats is to let them come to you, as they like their personal space. Don't crowd them and they are more likely to come seeking attention. Isaac has always had an affinity for animals! While growing up, he has been surrounded by dogs, cats, and horses, and was always outside playing with them and helping to feed, water, and muck the stalls for the coon dogs and horses. We always had between 6 and 10 cats and he was outside with them late into the evening playing games and giving them attention. We have had house dogs as well and he was always giving them his full attention when he was playing with them and giving them attention. I think he would have no problem getting any animal to fall in love with him.

Clasby is an only child and very quite possessive. Because of this, I do not forsee boarding dogs in the near future. Clasby gets fed twice daily, typically after a 15-30 minute walk in the morning and evening. After his meal, he gets aspirin for an old leg injury with some peanut butter. He is clingy, often following me around the house. I am very attentive, often including him in "conversations". He gets lots of belly rubs and pets. I treat him when he behaves well. The attention and care I give Clasby is the attention and care I can promise your pet. I am adaptive to your pets specific needs, and am attentive, so will be able to identify if your pet is disgruntled or behaving abnormally. I can follow instructions for your pet, and am devoted to their health.

Let me know if your pet requires special treatment, such as needing medication, or high energy games to release pent up energy. Any abnormal, or even just interesting, behavior traits your pet exhibits would be good to know about beforehand.
A typical day
I love to play both physically and mentally stimulating games with animals. For drop in visits I could play tug of war (if that is an accepted game) and work on useful skills like sitting, laying down, and stay, to stimulate your pet's brain. I like medium to long walks, so you can be assured your pet will get the full 30 minutes with me. I consider the walk to be 30 minutes, the other stuff, like preparing for the walk and putting everything away when I return, is bonus time I get to spend with your lovely pet!

I am currently working remote, with work travel that occurs regularly. I take care of my own pup, Clasby, who is the sweetest boy there ever was. I am available on the weekends to provide requested services.
