Growing up as an only child allowed me to have pets all my life. I started growing a huge passion and interest in learning to care for animals professionaly. I applied for a veterinary technician college in 2015 and when I graduated, I got hired at an Animal Hospital. I’ve been a veterinary technician for 3 years now and since then I’ve learned to work with dogs, cats, exotic animals, reptiles, farm animals and more. I’ve worked with healthy patients, sick patients, animals that need special care or help getting around. I’ve Worked with hospitalized animals, recovering surgery patients , even scrubbed in to assist in surgeries and have learned to medicate them properly. I learned to train animals and have even taken behavioral classes.
