Irene is awesome, my family and I were stranded at the Long Beach airport due to flight delay and changes we needed to get a hotel but couldn’t find one that would take us with our cat so we got in contact with Irene and she made a stressful situation so much easier! She came and picked up our cat, kept her overnight and took such good care of our cat. She’s quick to respond and keeps the pet owner updated. Great communication and great care!

LITERALLY WORST NIGHTMARE EVERE!! I booked Irene from May 13th-17th, I dropped my 2 dogs off at 8pm the night of the 13th and by 5pm on the 14th so less then 12 hours with her. My dogs are being rushed to the Animal hospital, 1 for medical attention and the other to finish boarding there and not with her. First Irenes description states that she “ has zero pets in residence “ which is a lie as there is a dog that lives with her. Second also on her description it states that she can only watch up to 2 dogs per night which again is a lie as my 2 dogs were in for a surprise when my boxer got attacked by a pit bull Irene was watching and just forgot to tell me about. My boxer wasn’t bleeding or anything and Irene assured me that the dogs would be Separated and never seen together and even cried to my mom on the phone that she was sorry and that has never happened.. Well was that a lie when the next morning she calls me stating that my boxers neck is pouring blood and she “doesn’t know why”. So the only thing I could think of is I need to get my dogs far away from that lady. I called her and told her to take both my dogs to the animal hospital for them to both board until I come back in town and for my boxer to get treated for obvious bite puncture on her neck that the doctor informed me was in fact from a dog bite as there were also teeth marks. As I am typing this infuriated I go to some investigation to find out that Irene did another meet and greet with another pet just 30min after rushing my dog to the animal hospital. I personally don’t feel she should be able to watch any other pets as she is very irresponsible. I have got a refund already processed for the whole stay that my not only my pets didn’t finish a full 24 hours or the 5 days. But they are also traumatized by this whole experience. I also have a case going on for reimbursement for all the vet costs as my boxer may need surgery for how deep the dog bite was. Please keep your fur babies far away from Irene and be very cautious of who you let watch them. My pets are traumatized and I’m traumatized.
