The stories I could tell. A dog that behaved beautifully with the owner present and turned into a ferocious bully in her absence - I was terrier-fied for 3 days before discovering my own inner bully. The quartet of bull mastiffs living in a New York walk up who became my adorably massive entourage. And my own pekingese, a diamond in the ruff that I hand fed every 3 hours as an insanely minute pup. What I bring to this passion is empathy. You can know with confidence that all that can be done to keep your companion/friend safe, happy, and healthy will be done. I do not claim to be a miracle worker, and am not a substitute for a neglectful owner. I love dogs and have spent my adult life being a canine's 'best friend.'
