When you look in any animal's eyes, especially a doggy, you know they are extremely intelligent and emotional like us, and deserve the upmost care and consideration. I will respect your pup just as I respect people, and even give them some extra pampering in the form of caresses and massages! Natural healing is my passion, and I am currently a pre-nursing student hoping to have a side job doing something meaningful, like caring for a sweet pup! I have 13 years of experience caring for a medium-sized, half-blind Wheaton terrier mix rescue (he is now 14 and still going strong, leaping onto couches and chairs! We adopted him with an eye already blind), 3 years caring for a large Ridgeback-Doberman mix rescue (an expressive, silly, loving girl), and finally have a pup of my very own, a Pitt-Lab mix rescue named Mocha who is my sweet baby. I also have experience with small breeds like King Charles Spaniels, Yorkies, and Maltipoos, as well as dog sitting a Goldie and her newborn puppies. I love all breeds and ages and can tailor my care and approach to any of them, even if that means cleaning up after a puppy! I use positive reinforcement in most cases, but can be firm at the appropriate moments. You can be sure your loved one is in caring hands!
