By all measures, Ilyse is an awesome River and we had a wonderful experience with her. Yesterday afternoon, my partner and I booked Ilyse super last minute for her dog boarding services while we went to the Backstreet Boys concert. She was very responsive and got back to us quickly to finalize our arrangements. She was also very transparent about what other things she had going on in the day. One of the nice things about Ilyse's services is that she is located in a beautiful area with a very nice and clean organized home. When dropping off your fur baby, you know they will be comfortable and well taken care of. And then finally, Ilyse is very flexible, kind, and gracious. For example, we estimated that we would get back by 1130pm, but we actually didn't make it until 1245am and felt horrible. Ilyse was was super understanding of the whole situation and didn't make a big deal about it all even though my partner and I felt really bad. All in all, Ilyse is a great person to watch your fur baby and we would recommend her to anyone. We can't wait to use her services again in the future.
