I've been pet sitting since I was a young child. I've also had pets of my own my whole life. When I was younger, we would foster the sick or old animals from our local shelter who weren't likely to live very long. It was extremely heart breaking, but rewarding knowing they never died alone in a shelter. I have raised five of my own -- two cats, three dogs! I currently have 2 dogs, 1 cat in my home. Animals are my passion. I missed my calling by not going into veterinary sciences! I do work full-time throughout the week (to afford my babies!), but I am available for a variety of pet services depending on the time and day of week. My animals are fully vaccinated, neutered and friendly. My house is 100% pet friendly and pet safe! My schedule will vary depending on the days/times each week. I do work full-time, but can work with your schedule. I am home full-time each weekend for pet sitting in your home or mine! I work in Morgantown so day time/midday check-ins must be in that area Monday through Friday. I live on close to 2 acres, but the yard is not fenced in. We are near one road, but it's quite a ways from my house. Our dogs are not walked on leashes, they are free to roam our yard/property but only when we are home and outside with them. We never leave them unattended. We also do not have any nearby neighbors or neighborhood dogs/cats. We have two large kennels we use in our basement when we have guests over who need crated -- or you're welcome to bring your own. Before we would bring your baby into our home, we could meet up to make sure they'd get along with our guys. We have two huge gentle giants -- a black lab and a German shepherd. They are both 100+ lbs so we prefer only medium to larger dogs stay in our home -- for your dog's safety. They aren't used to playing around smaller/tiny breeds. They're incredibly friendly for the most part and have never had difficulty getting along with other dogs. They have wonderful temperaments and are spoiled rotten! We love to play fetch, go on walks, play in the puppy pools in our yard, etc. Our dogs rule the roost -- all pups are allowed on the couch, the bed, etc. If ours can do it, so can yours!
