Greetings! I've purposely used a photo of myself, my teenage son TJ and my cat Zeus to bring awareness of the individuals your pet will be surrounded by. Zeus is such an introverted majestic cat. He keeps to himself and lives up to his Persian reputation sleeping eating and grooming himself all day. A little about me, I've had pets since I could walk. I've developed skills to properly identify nonverbal and verbal cues in pets and comprehend how they feel or what they long for. My goal is to give your pet attention, love and understanding so they feel safe while you're on your vacation and your pet is on theirs. I am familiar with administering medications, teeth brushing, special diets and schedules. Your pet will feel the way they do at home. My son and I both care for any pets staying at our Pet Hotel to ensure our VIP guest needs are met.

Illiiona did a great job boarding my little dog Stanley. She took him last minute it was only 30 minutes notice because of an unanticipated problem, and I was so happy that he got to stay in her home with her family. He got lots of love and snuggles and walked on the beach! I am so appreciative! She did great staying in communication and sending pictures and updates
Iannelli provided wonderful care for my Siamese cat while I was traveling. She sent regular updates and made my cat feel right at home. She is an absolute pleasure to work with, will book again!
Illianna was more than accommodating. I initially gave her the wrong dates, less than 1 day prior to my departure. NO problem for her, she was there! My return was a day later than arranged. NO problem for her, she was there! I received many photos and texts each day I was gone from her. Boarding experience gets no better than what she provides! Thank You Illianna!

A VACATION FOR YOUR PET WHILE YOU VACATION! If you're on vacation, your pet can be on vacation too! Sunfield has a with dog walking area and lawns for play. I do provide cat/pup cups for treats. I will communicate this to ensure pet can have treat. Pet parks near the area if allowed do recommend a toy is packed to play fetch if your pet loves to play or treats to enjoy by the ocean. Pet gets 20 to 30 minutes of play time twice a day; one from me and one from my son. Therefore, please ensure you back their favorite toy. I highly recommend packing toys or a bed, so pet has home scent and feels comfortable transitioning into his vacation spot. High energy dogs are taken to the beach for a run (if allowed). And if requested, pets will get one to two miles a day of running activity. Leash and/or harness required. Walks must be on a leash or harness, therefore please ensure one is packed along with doggy bags as this is HOA regulated/Texas law. If requested for an additional fee, can bathe the pet with pet shampoo & conditioner (must be provided in pets bag) however professional grooming is not available. ***If pet is dropped off with foul odor, will bath dog and charge an additional fee.*** When traveling, do have a pet car seat. Car seat is only for 15lbs pets or less. They will feel safe and in a loving environment. I work from home with my teenage son. Your pet will have 100% supervision. During inside time, pets are free to roam throughout the condo under the supervision of two people. Lastly, if you’d prefer pet in crate, please provide crate.

Will stay in close contact regarding the pets stay for included perks like pup cups, doggy parks, walks by the pond, treats, etc. It is important I know special diets or information needed to properly care of the dog/cat and make them feel comfortable. Please bring beds, blankets, toys or any items to make the pet feel close to home is recommended. ***ADDITIONAL FEES*** If no arrangement is met after disclosing issues, a fee will be added and a modified request will be sent to owner for the following items. 1. $15 Bath fee: If pet is dropped off with foul odor 2. $5 Doggy bags charge: If no doggy bags are provided. 3. $25 Litter charge: If not enough litter is provided. (You’ll keep the left over litter) 4. $10+ Food charge: If not enough pet food is provided, a minimum charge of $10 will be charged depending on the duration of the stay and food needed to supply pet. 5. $X Damage to property: Fee will vary based off damage to property.
A typical day
I live in Sunfield which is perfect for taking the dog on a walk by the pond/ lazy river. If requested, can take dog to the beach for a walk. If trip is requested, please ensure doggy extra doggy bags are packed for the trip and a leash or harness.
