Pet care experience
I have owned dogs and cats my entire life and I have been a dog walker for friends, family, and strangers since I was 10. I have owned a Collie and a mixed breed, as well as taken care of my brother's Sheltie. I have also boarded numerous family friends' dogs before, including a Beagle and a Mini American Eskimo. My dog Zena gets along great with new cats and dogs. I fostered a kitten for a year and they were best friends. I live directly next to a dog park and a walking trail and make sure the dogs in my care get plenty of mental stimulation. I am very respectful of anyone's wishes regarding their pets. I have worked anxious dogs where I have had to minimize visual stimulus from people or other dogs, and I have walked other dogs where their human is comfortable with them making friends with every dog and person they meet! My current availability is only weekends, but I am pretty flexible with pick up/drop off times. Dogs are amazing and have huge personalities and I always look forward to meeting new furry friends!

Ian did a great job with Pommy! He was very responsive, easy to get in touch with, and sent lots of pictures over our 9-day trip. We know she was loved and spoiled while we were gone. Pom came home exhausted so we know she had a great time!!
Ian was fantastic! Little bear took to him immediately, which she doesn’t do for most strangers. He was very attentive to all my special requests and took some great pictures when giving me updates while I was away. Highly recommend!
Ian was very helpful accommodating our time needs and taking Molly last minute. Great communication and pics of Molly’s time. She seemed very happy with the stay.
My dogs loved Ian!! It was the first time my younger dog was away. Ian was great with the both of them and sent pictures/ texts of their progress throughout the weekend! Will definitely use Ian again!!

Availability
I work during the week, but my weekends are totally open. I usually work from home so Friday drop-off times can be flexible. I can be available for extended stays if something comes up, but please give me as much notice as you can
