When I came home from my vacation, as soon as I walked in, I could tell my boys were well taken care of. Ian sent photos and message updates. I felt completely at ease while I was away and I highly recommend him.

Ian was friendly and got along well with the dogs. He sent pictures each day and seemed to care for them well. Unfortunately, one of the days he was sitting, he chose to take an extra shift at work, leaving my dogs in the house for a longer time than agreed, and my dogs peed and pooped in my bedroom while he was gone. I have personally left them for up to 11 hours without this ever happening. After this incident, rather than clean up after them, he upcharged me $20 for a hat he left at my house that one of my guys apparently damaged in his upset about being left so long (my dogs have never destroyed any of my hats or other possessions), and then I got to come home and clean up the 3-day-old poop and pee. While Ian seems like a sweet kid and genuinely loves dogs, I am really disappointed in how my experience with him has gone.
