Ian's care of my dog was fine, I have no complaints. Ian had an aggressive dog in his house that didn't like mine, and we agreed that if there was a problem, I'd arrange to have my dog picked up. In the morning the third day of a four night contract, Ian asked me via text to pick up my dog. Concerned there was an issue with the dogs, I asked if there was a problem. His exact response: 'No emergency it's that I have some places I have to go in the morning tomorrow so a pick up tonight or early morning before 745 am tomorrow morning would.' I strongly advise people being sure about the terms of a contracted stay, and what times pickup will occur on the final day. Again, no complaints about ian's care of my dog, but 'having things to do' may not work for people who are out of town and are expected to pick up their dog early.

I would HIGHLY recommend Ian and family!! It was like leaving our kids with them, because they loved them just like they were their own kids/pets. ? Their home is clean, warm, safe and inviting.
