Pet care experience
I love all kinds of animals. I grew up in a rural farming area where I tended and grew all kinds and types of animals, and I learned to love and take care of them. I used to have family dogs, and now have a very loving and friendly dog of my own. He is a very well-socialized and playful dog, and he will love to keep your pet company. I have taken several dog training classes to learn some training tricks, dogs' behavior, and dog care. I also am well-experienced with cats, lived with two cats (my last beloved cat left us last year! I will always love and miss her), and have been cat-sitting a few. There are several things that I would like to learn about your pets: - feeding schedule and amount - crate trained or not - house trained or not (if not, please bring your own potty pad) - daily walks/amount of exercise needed - additional services needed (e.g., oral care, medications, allergies, etc, if applicable) - And hopefully, the short history of your furry friends!

Hyein is an incredible Rover. She is very responsive and gets back to you quickly. Out of all the Rovers I have had, and we have used many, she by far has sent the most pictures, which I REALLY appreciate. In fact, it puts her well towards the top of our list of Rovers we will reach out to first for a sitter. And our precious dog Timothy was very comfortable at her place. He almost didn't want to come home with us, which never happens. Lol. What better sign to show that a Rover is a really good fit for your dog? Other great things about Hyein's services are that she lives in a nice neighborhood with a great yard. Her dog Garu got along well with our dog, who is usually hit or miss with other dogs. And Timmy got plenty of play time with Hyein. He was wiped out when he got him home with us, again something I appreciate because it saved us the trouble of having to burn his energy when we got home. After we booked Hyein, I discovered that my best friend had her as a Rover and she spoke very highly of Hyein. And indeed, Hyein lived up to expectations. We will absolutely be requesting Hyein's services again in the near future.
Hyein makes my pup feel super comfortable while I am away! He started to get excited as we were driving up to her, which is a big deal for someone who takes a little while to warm up to someone new. Very lucky to have her care!
Hyein did a wonderful job with my cats while I was away. She sent pictures and made sure that I knew what was going on with everyone. I will definitely be requesting her to do drop ins again!
Our pup had such a great time! We loved all of the photos and know he was very well taken care of during his stay. We would definitely recommend Hyein!

We have a fenced backyard where your pet can freely run, play, and sniff around. We have a baby gate in our guest room to block our dog's entry to make it a safe and enclosed place for cats and small dogs if they need some private time. If I am hosting multiple dogs, I may ask you to bring your own crate.

A typical day
I love to stimulate dogs mentally and physically. My dog's favorite plays are playing fetch and treasure hunting. I always use frozen stuffed Kong or his favorite treat, hide them around the house or garden, and let my dog find them. I am also very well-versed in taking care of high-energy dogs.

Availability
I'm currently working part-time at home, so I can attend to your pets' needs as much as they want. My husband is working mostly at home, and he can be of extra hands if I am away. I can walk dogs several times a day, and we also have a very nice park nearby. We live in a very safe and lovely neighborhood, and your pets are welcome to play and have a potty break in our fenced backyard. Bring any medications (if applicable), toys, food, and stuffs, as you wish. Let me know your dog's schedule, so I can accommodate it.
