Pet care experience
I've been a dog enthusiast since I could walk, been around them since I was born, convinced my mom to adopt one that I promised to take care of when I was 7, and had my own for the last three years. I worked at a kennel and as a dog walker all throughout high school, and the first bit of college. It was located in Ogden, UT and they offered boarding, baths, hikes, walks, play time, and grooming. I didn't help with grooming but did the rest! We had all kinds of dogs with all kinda of special needs from shots, to seizure care, to dietary things, temperament issues, etc. Now being 4 years out of college am the go - to person for dog sitting my friends dogs when they are out of town!

I have a 4 year old border collie who gets along well with any dog but will play with your 'puppy' (anyone under like 2/3) until your puppy is tired. I have a yard without a fence, but a long lead that lets dogs roam around if they want. I can crate them if need be too but normally I just let my dog wander around the back for tenish minutes every other hour or so.

A typical day
I have a border collie so I am used to dogs with high energy who need to play and go on walks! I live near a dog park and a lot of trail systems so am familiar with them and would love to take your pup there too if they would like that! If I leave the house at all during boarding/house sitting days I will put on a hunting show so they stay entertained with all the animal sounds.

I work pretty part time and pretty flexible hours so I can visit or do walks during the day if needed, or at night if needed, really whatever your schedule needs I can accommodate to pretty well!
