I have a fenced yard and I also have two friendly dogs and one cat. I live in a very nice neighborhood and I will take your dog for long walks and runs. I am also very good with cats and have many scratches and toys they can play with. Both of my dogs are friendly and love to play with other dogs. I live with my parents currently and they will give your animals additional love.
