We could not have had a better first experience with Rover for our dog Finn. Hsin immediately bonded with Finn, sent us wonderful updates and photos while we were gone and left us extensive notes of their time together. We know he was very well cared for. We were a bit nervous about having someone we didn't know in our home, but it worked out really well. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we would definitely ask for Hsin again.

Tracy is one of the most responsible and respectful individual with whom I’ve had the privilege to get to know and work. She has never met a dog or cat she didn’t love and pamper immediately upon meeting them. My old gal Izzi and boy wonder Miles both ferociously adored her. Cannot recommend her enough!
