I'd like to know if the dog has any special conditions/needs, such as medications, injuries, medical conditions, etc. I would also like to know about the dog's social skills (whether they bark at strangers/love to meet new people) and what the owner is comfortable with in terms of activities (i.e. if I can walk them, take them to an off-leash park, drive with them, etc.).

Depending on the dog's energy level and social skills, I love to take dogs out to lake Padden or the Squalicum dog park! If they are allowed to be in the car, I will also take them with me to run small errands such as grabbing coffee (if owner okay's it, this means treats for the dog from the Barista!), going to get a car wash, etc. I will not take dogs on longer errands such as grocery shopping to avoid leaving them alone in a small space for too long. I'm also always looking for an excuse to hike, so if your dog is super active I'd be happy to take them on an adventure!
