I like really long walks with dogs!
Pet care experience
Lived with dogs almost my whole life and started dog sitting/walking 3 years ago! I often walk and take care of my friend's dog(s) when they’re out of town, so I'm very fond/familiar with dogs. Furthermore, I’ve foster 3 dogs over the last year! All are adopted now. I have experience caring for felines as well. Generally, I have an active lifestyle and nurturing personality. So in gist, your pets will get lots of TLC and exercise when they’re with me! Open on weekends for your weekend getaways! In addition, I work a remote 9-5 so my availability is flexible. Some experience with special needs and senior dogs. I had a 17-year-old family Chihuahua with eczema and ear infections. In addition, I’ve fostered a senior 13 year pitbull with kennel cough and a 1 year old terrier with a paw injury due to a car accident. Let me know if you have any questions! Happy to answer ASAP

Hong was wonderful with our logatto romagnolo dog, Buddy. She took him to the levee, parks and even play dates with other dogs. I was worried because we had never left him with anyone and he we have raised him since he was a puppy but not anymore, we will definitely use her again if needed.
Hong was a wonderful sweet soul to care for my tender spirited girl. Appreciated the exercise and time outside for her. Will certainly call again

I have an unfenced yard so your dog will always be on a leash for their safety. But I will walk them about 45-70 minutes a day (15-25 mins in the morning or noon, and 30-45 minutes aim the evening!). Throughout the day, we will play fetch or I’ll put some treats in a Kong toy for entertainment. Belly rubs and butt scratches will be given throughout the workday or anytime I get up to go to the kitchen or bathroom lol. If I’m dropping in then I can cater to your preferences!

Please let me know if your pet jumps or barks a lot. Noise travels easily in my apartment and I would like to be considerate of my downstairs neighbors!
A typical day
I will take your pet out 4 times a day ( morning, noon, 5pm, and before bed). Treats will be given throughout the day with intermittent training :). We will walk the levees and lake for 30-45 mins every afternoon to catch the sunset! At night we’ll just snuggle up to a movie or book. On weekends, we’ll go to city park, crescent city park, and/or a dog park!

8am - potty break 8:20am - breakfast 12p/1p - potty break and 15-20 min short walk 1-5p - kong toys, belly rubs, butt scratches, light training 6p - dinner 6:30p - 30-45 minute sunset walk by the levees! Or in the neighborhood 7:30p - relax at home 9p - cuddles with a movie or book, maybe some light training 11:30p/12a - potty break Weekends - same thing! But we will go to city park, crescent city park, and/or a dog park!
