Pet care experience
Over the course of five years, I have gone from three amazing and unique dogs and a fiancée, to a husband and two beautiful daughters. We lost all three of our sweeties (Tootsie - 13yo German Shepherd, Arlo - 10yo Border Collier/Blue Heeler, Luckydog (pictured at his adoption in 2015) - 10yo Heeler Mix) between 2017 and 2019. Our family is still young and we are not at the right time to give a pet all the love, care, and attention they need 24/7. So when I stumbled across a Rover.com ad while browsing classifieds, I figured being a walker and sitter for Rover would be the perfect way for me to spend time with four-legged loves on a schedule that works for me and fill the need for part-time employment! Let me be the one to love, care (and spoil!) your sweeties when you have the need for pet care!

Our yard is not fenced in, however all outings will be leashed walks in our quiet neighborhood. I have donated most-if-not-all of our dogs' belongings over the years, so we will be accommodating to any/all needs you send over with your pet (ie: beds, crates, toys, etc). As this is a new venture for me, I plan to make a "doggy bag" of food & water bowls, treats, toys, etc for in-home stays.

All of my family owns dogs, big & small: chocolate lab, french bulldog, golden mix, pitbull, chihuahua, doberdane sisters, and two mutts. Holidays are like a kennel around a Christmas tree! :) We are friendly to all types. Knowing that your pet is friendly with children is the biggest importance to me.
A typical day
Morristown has so many fantastic walking parks and trails, plus we live in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of walkers throughout the day. Dog walking was one of my favorite activities when I was an owner. After having my beautiful children, I'm very eager to get out and be active again!

Availability
Our family routine has recently changed, as our oldest daughter is in school full-time now. So, I have plenty of time during the day from 8am-230pm for pet care. I have a part-time job that keeps me busy a few nights of the week from 5pm-midnight. My availability at this time would be: Mon: 8am-230pm & overnight Tue: 8am-230pm Wed: 8am-230pm & overnight Thu: 8am-230pm Fri: 8am-230pm & overnight Sat: unavailable Sun: 8am-230pm & overnight I provided the best options available on the app, but please note these are my best time availabilities for walks, drop-ins, and/or overnights (ie: I'm unavailable at 6am & 3pm).
