I had an awful experience with Holly F. She is untrustworthy, dishonest, unprofessional, and a thief. She was rude to me before dropping my dog off, which should have been a red flag. During both pick up & drop off, she did not greet us, instead her teenage daughter did. They did not adhere to feeding instructions during the booking, I could tell because though I packed extra wet food, none was left. There was way too much dry food left so she was probably just eating wet food, causing an upset stomach. This is not the biggest deal for me personally though, the major issues are that a) someone walked into her house with a pit bull right before us (no other animals were supposed to be in there, this person avoided eye contact like they knew they were doing something wrong). B) this woman/her daughter blatantly STOLE my dog’s favorite bone and when asked politely about it, lied and slammed the door in our faces. C) overall very unprofessional, rude, dishonest above all left a very bad taste in our mouths and we are not sure exactly how our dog was treated in our absence if we as humans were treated the way we were. For these reasons, I would absolutely not recommend anyone leave their pets in her care.
