Hoa Ai is my best friend and she had taken care of my dog for about 1 month when she lived in Vietnam. In my opinion, she is a sensitive, calm and reliable person. My dog loves her so much. She remembers all of my dog's habbits, characteristics and dispositions. She knows what my dog needs and responds to them. Moreover, she is always patient whenever my dog doesn't behave well, which calms my dog down and prevents him( my dog) from feeling and reacting to anxiety. And the most important thing is that she always shows up on time, respects rules and agreements between us.

What can I say? She's good with dogs! I know that because i let her look after my boy Rex a couple of times. Rex like her and he doesn't even like me!
