Our dogs stay with Hilary was off from the beginning. This was our first time booking with her, and we booked her based off of her great reviews, along with most of them commenting on her great communication. We had the exact opposite experience of this. When we arrived to drop our dog off we were met with silence for about 10 minutes until a man came to the door, who said nothing, and never bothered to introduce himself, all he ever said was “how much does he need to be fed?”. My husband and I had an uneasy feeling leaving our dog like this, however, we had a flight to catch and needed to get going, so we left never having met Hilary. I had expected to get at least some type of message from her at some point during the day explaining why she had been unable to meet us, but that never came and instead I was reaching out to her 10 hours later asking if our dog was doing ok, which she took almost 2 hours to give a very non detailed response. The second day of our dogs stay we still got very little updates from her. I messaged her in the afternoon of the second day letting her know I would be able to pick up my dog earlier than scheduled and asked if the new time would work for her, she didn’t get back to me until the morning of the third day. On the third day, my flight ended up getting delayed so I had a very trustworthy friend go and pick up my dog. The news relayed to me about this pickup was that yet again, Hilary never came to the door; instead a child cracked open the door, passed out the bag of my dogs supplies and told my friend that my dog wasn’t leashed and sent him out on his way. I tried to give Hilary the benefit of the doubt the first day of not meeting her due to it being a work day and she says she works from home, but this entire situation has felt completely unprofessional, especially for someone charging $45 a night. We will not be booking with Hilary again.

Hilary is awesome. Super reliable. Always does what is asked. 5 STAR YALL...
