This sitter was super nice when we first met her. She even came to pick Otto up. Apparently, she forgot about the drop off time on my request and had a conflicting appointment that she had to attend to. Things unfortunately went sour a few days in. According to her messages, she left my dog alone for an unknown amount of time inside a single room, in an virtually unknown home, while she went out on other "appointments". Between him scratching the door trying to escape and later being left in a cage, it resulted in my dog needing to being re-housed. She claimed she could no longer take the aggravation and contacted Rover support. It definitely was an unnerving situation which I felt powerless to solve, however, the Rover team was fantastic in finding a new sitter for us. We were quite literally 1200 miles away on a family vacation road trip and uncertain as what would happen to our dog. I think she is a great person however I would not risk boarding with her again. Luckily the replacement sitter was amazing and even she was baffled by the notes left by this sitter.

Heydi was amazing! I could tell Georgie loved her! Will absolutely be booking her again. 10/10!
