My experience with dogs goes way back. My mom raised miniature dachshunds. When I was in high school we usually had 15 dogs at the same time. My dad even wrote a book called 'My Puppy is Born'. Currently I am dogless. The book started with pictures of the pregnant mother and then puppies minutes old. Last year I had a foster dog for 8 months. We walked about 5 miles everyday. This year I've taken care of several dogs when their owners were on vacation. If appropriate I take the dog to the Rowayton dog-park. I work at home with a very flexible schedule. The pictures with the wild turkeys is my front yard. The turkeys are rarely there. Especially when I have dogs. Herb
