Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Hepsiba and I’ve loved animals unconditionally as long as I can remember. Due to my family sharing my love for them, I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to care for a variety of pets including dogs, cats, reptiles. My wonderful family includes my boyfriend and I with our sweet girl Ava, our 2 ginger cats Tiger and Simba, and our wonderful trio of bird boys, Skittles, Marco, and Kami. My pets bring me so much joy and motivation. I’d make sure to go the extra mile to make sure that the needs of you as well as your companions are met. :)

Hepsiba took care of my 2 cats for a couple of days when I was on retreat. She fed morning and evening, and had to administer eye drops and clean litter boxes. I also had 2 outdoor cats for whom she left food and water morning and evening. The cats seemed fine upon my return. I do not have any knowledge of her skills in taking care of or walking dogs, I am sorry to say, but she is a lovely, compassionate person who grew up in our church.
Hepsiba is a really great pet owner and pet sitter! She takes really good care of her birds and her cat. Plus she’s taken really good care of my three cats Bandit, Tasha, and Pumpkin. She watched them for me while I went on vacation to Florida for a week. She made sure to follow all the notes I left for her and my cats absolutely loved her. That being said Hepsiba would be an excellent dog sitter and would surely be a great pet sitter for any pet!
Hepsiba watched my kitten while I was out of town on vacation for a week. She brought him into her home and immediately made sure he was comfortable in his own space and plenty of toys to keep him entertained while I was away. I want to thank her and would definitely be looking to rehire her again for any more vacations / trips. Tiger (my kitten) has been more approachable and wants to sleep in bed with me now together. It’s great to see him grow and I love the little guy, he’s my world right now. Thank you again.
Hepsiba would be a great dog caregiver. She is very dedicated and attentive to her pets. When she got her parakeets, she did a lot of research about proper cages, toys, hydration, and their social needs. She is very responsible and deeply considers if she will be able to provide what an animal will need to thrive. She is a friendly and patient person who would be able to communicate well with pet parents and take excellent care of their dog.

In order to ensure everyone’s needs (in all aspects are met), I take priority over the dog and birds, and my boyfriend takes charge with the cats. Teamwork makes the dream work. In the case of the client’s home I would ensure to follow all instructions diligently and ensure that the pet as well as the client needs will be placed first.

A full round of information for the dog would be needed. How old is the dog? Dietary needs? Medication/ supplements? Preexisting conditions? Leash reactive? How do they behave in the presence of other dogs?
A typical day
My dog is one of my best friends. She’s 6 years old. I take her on usually 3-4 walks a day. We do our one big power walk which lasts about 30-45 minutes. She loves this. Before I leave for work, I’ll take her on another 15-20 minute walk. Usually once I get home, I’ll take her on a quick stroll once again about 10-15 minutes. On my off days we like to explore various trails in nature and take road trips. My favorite places to take her include Bristol Wharf and Silver Lake Nature Center.

Availability
I currently work most evenings so my pet care availability would be from 12PM-3PM, Wednesday-Sunday. I’d be happy to drop in visits as well as any walking needed for your companions.
