Pet care experience
I enjoy sharing my love of animals. I have plenty of experience walking and sitting for bigger dogs (German Shepards, pit bulls, labs), small dogs (chihuahuas, toy poodles), high energy dogs (brittany, springer spaniels), and many in between of all ages. I can also check on and play with your cats. I love caring for animals, whether it is cuddling or playing outside. In my free time I run long distance, draw, garden, and watch baking shows. I enjoy the outdoors in all seasons. I love going on walks in the summer and sledding in the winter.

Henna is terrific. She is courteous, responsive, responsible, and clearly loves animals. I think our two dogs and two cats are starting not to mind seeing us get out our suitcases, because they know Henna will be hanging out with them soon. Highly recommend.
Henna sent lots of photos of Zeke and Laszlo while I was away for the weekend. She communicated promptly and thoroughly -- I felt very comfortable knowing that my dogs were in her care.
I am just getting to know Henna, my first impression is very positive. She is punctual, professional and responsible. She has no problem walking my German Shepherd and even my wary pit bull terrier took to her easily. I am definitely going to hire Henna again!
Henna takes all the stress out of extended days at work. I know Jack will be walked and fed on schedule and I come home to a happy pup!

What the dog likes, anything he or she isn't allowed to do, owner's preferences for maximizing the dog's comfort, especially when other dogs approach on walks. No breed preferences. I haven't met a dog yet that I didn't get along with.
A typical day
We can play with toys indoor or out, go on walks or runs, and do whatever the dog loves to do! I typically explore around the neighborhood you live in looking for quiet streets and nice parks with shady trees. If I'm dog sitting I love taking them on car rides to places with trails.

Availability
I am typically available weeknights and weekends for walks, drop-in visits. I am open to short-term dog sitting on weekends. I do my best to keep their schedule normal so they feel comfortable.
