Pet care experience
Both my partner and I have owned puppies/dogs all of our lives. We both grew up with labradors and my family now have a golden retriever. We would love to have a dog of our own but unfortunately circumstances mean we can’t do that just yet. In the meantime, we would love to help people take care of their much loved pets. We live in a 2 storey flat with a contained back garden. We are happy to take dogs on long walks if they need the exercise (equally happy to stay in for cuddles if that is what they prefer). We are currently working from home full time so we can be flexible. We have close neighbours. Out of consideration for them we are unfortunately unable to host particularly vocal dogs. Helena and Ian were great! It was my first time boarding Grayson with anyone and they treated him like part of the family which was lovely for him too! Both of them seem like they have a lot of experience with dogs and knew how to handle Grayson’s separation anxiety really well. Helena also kept me updated with lots of pictures and videos of Grayson the whole time he was there. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using these guys again in the future!
I have known Helena for many years and she has always demonstrated great integrity and I consider her completely trustworthy in all aspects. Her family have had dogs as pets throughout her life so she is very aware of the responsibility that that brings and the love they contribute. We have two dogs which Helena looks after for us when we are away, I trust her implicitly and they love her. I have no hesitation in recommending her.
Helena is an experienced dog owner. She is responsible and caring and is ideally suited to the task of looking after a dog. She is a keen walker and is able to ensure that any dog in her care is given plenty of exercise.
I couldn’t recommend Helena more! She housesits for me regularly and also walks my dogs for me when I am away on business. She is trustworthy and my dogs adore her. Her communication is brilliant and I can always count on her to show up on time and look after my dogs and home. I truly lovely person!
