Helen went above and beyond to give our Agnes a wonderful few days. She also did an excellent job keeping us posted and letting us know our precious Agnes was in good hands. The first great sign was during the meet and greet. Helen brought her notebook so she could keep track of even the smallest details, and she asked great questions that we would have never even thought about. Not only that but her personality was so warm and accommodating, we just immediately felt at ease about the entire experience. And as anyone with a dear little furry loved one knows, that type of confidence and security means the world. We can't thank Helen enough for her responsible stewardship of our little loved one, and really what became her friendship to our entire family. Thank you so much, Helen!! Agnes misses you already! : )

My babies enjoyed having Helen around. I came home to happy pups! That is such a relief. Helen was also great with sending updates and pictures. I would recommend her every time!
