Helen was an amazing cat sitter. She’s tentative, communicative and went out of her way (above and beyond during the notorious Seattle ice storm) to ensure our cat was fed and happy. It’s clear that she treats your pet as her own and we had so much trust that she would do everything necessary for our terminally ill, higher maintenance kitty. We got pictures and updates everyday, fast replies to questions, help replacing and scooping litter, and plant watering support. Our cat is not always the friendliest but really took to Helen because she’s an angel of a human! We will be for sure booking with her again because of her flexibility with us and commitment to ensuring adequate care for our Minsk.

Helen has been walking my large pit bull mix for an hour nearly every day for several weeks now. He is a highly spirited, strong dog and Helen is very good at keeping him under control. He is always very excited at her arrival for walk time. Helen is reliable, prompt and a good communicator about scheduling.
