Pet care experience
I have taken care of dogs since age 8 for my neighbors and family friends. I have grown up with multiple dogs and continue to play a large role in caring for my dog. I have experience walking large and small dogs. I am very active and recently finished my college lacrosse career, so I can handle strong dogs and dogs that require a lot of exercise. I have experience with over night pet care, as well.
Reviews
Helen walks my dogs twice a week. She is so caring and takes her job very seriously. She always gives them a nice long walk and my pups look forward to seeing her every day! Highly recommend Helen.
Helen has a gentle way with my retriever that I really appreciate. He wakes up ready to play and burn off some energy. When Helen is taking care of him, she's always up for a game of Fetch or a long walk. Recommended.
To put it simply, Helen was the best decision I ever made with my pets! My dog, Moose, can be difficult to handle at times, but Helen makes it look like a breeze. Every time I mention around the house that “Helen might be coming over”, Moose begins wagging his tail and barking. Helen takes great care of Moose. My cat, Pedro, is less outgoing than Moose, but he loves Helen just the same. Helen always makes sure to take great care of him, feeding him and changing his litter box.
Helen is the best. My doodle girls just love when she comes by to walk them. I really appreciate that she is available to help, even on short notice! Helen is trustworthy and kind. Highly recommend!

I always follow the instructions of pet owners when caring for their dogs, including feeding times, crating, and walking times, lengths, and distances. I have experience staying overnight in client homes to care for their pet, as well as with drop-in walks and feedings. My family has a 3 year-old golden retriever who is very energetic and very friendly with other dogs. I spend a lot of time with her when I am home, including basic care, bathing, and daily walks.
Information Helen M. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog has any special needs or restrictions and if your dog enjoys certain activities or places, and I will adjust our activities accordingly.
A typical day
I take dogs on trail hikes or swimming areas, if they enjoy swimming. I usually go to Lake Roland, Loch Raven, and Cromwell Valley parks. I also take them on jogs or long walks. I often play fetch or run around with the dogs in enclosed areas, as well. I have also brought dogs to my fenced in yard to play with my dog, with the owner’s permission only.

Availability
I have a flexible schedule, as I recently graduated college and moved back home for the next few months. I am currently seeking part-time work, so I will have lots of time to care for your pets.
