Hi I'm Helen I live with my husband Chris. I offer a day care service, walking service and pet sitting service in clients homes. Until recently I offered a home boarding service in my home but am no longer offering this service. I offer service for all kinds of pets.

We hadn't left our dog anywhere longer than one night in five years, so a holiday abroad for ten nights without Albus was massive! Helen was brilliant at helping us get Albus (and ourselves!) ready for the experience. She was calm and practical, and wasn't fazed by anything. She accommodated our timings, asked questions about Albus's likes, dislikes and routines, and filled us with confidence! She kept in touch while we were away, assuring us that Albus was well looked after. When we returned it was lovely to hear about Albus's adventures with Helen while we were away, and we really felt he'd had a brilliant time with her, he'd clearly bonded with her!

I always walk dogs on leads or take to a secure dog walking paddock. I use pet car seatbelt restraints if travelling in car. I'm fully insured.

I will need an itinerary of each animals daily routine. Feeding times, what they have, where its kept etc. I will always meet new clients and the pets prior to staying.
A typical day
I provide the level of exercise that each individual dog requires, in keeping with the normal daily routine. The advantage of me coming to stay at your home means that your pet stays within its own environment enabling minimal distress. Let's face it, they don't like it when you go away.

My work is dedicated to animal care. I'm available 7 days a week 365 days a year though I would like to be allowed a holiday myself. I take holidays during school term so that I can look after you pets while you're away with the kids
